Glencoe Construction is an award winning
Rotorua based building company formed over 25 years ago
by Bob & Chris Wheeler. Bob is personally involved in
all jobs from the design stage through to the completed
project. As we are a smaller firm you will be dealing
directly with Bob or the foreman on your project. Our
proven track record of effective project management &
administration allows you to have complete peace of
mind. While price is important we also consider other
factors such as reliability, integrity, attention to
detail and quality of workmanship are also important.
Glencoe has a proud tradition of working with you the
client to create a home that reflects your
individuality. We understand the process that gives you
the input to get the best from our designers and
builders.
Building a home has many aspects from the sketch plan,
to working drawings to the actual construction.
Choosing the right company for your next building
project is paramount to the end result. It is about
ensuring quality, attention to detail and commitment to
completing the project to the client’s satisfaction.
Glencoe has built a reputation for service, quality,
innovation and craftsmanship and this has been proven
time and again by the many awards that the company has
achieved in the Master Builders House of the Year
awards.
Glencoe have been a member of the New Zealand Master
Builders Federation since 1987. The Master Builders
Federation represents New Zealand premier building and
construction companies, those who are proven to deliver
the highest standard of construction and who offer a
seven year Master Build guarantee. We use only quality
materials & fittings.
All our carpenters are trade qualified or apprentices in
various stages of training and we only deal with sub
trades that come with a proven record.
